The Alpha Marriage and Pre-Marriage Course is a 
 7-week course  designed to help couples strengthen
  their relationship and build a stronger marriage. 
There is no group discussion; all conversations are
 between you and your spouse in a private and
 intimate setting.

FamilyLife Canada. Your commitment would be one visit
per month for one year to cover topics together that are
relevant to your marriage. We were never meant to walk
